Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Lasse Krauß, Kranzer Straße 3b, 14199 Berlin, E-Mail: hattrix.shop@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail).

Return shipping costs:
You, as the customer, bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Return policy:
The goods must be returned in unused condition.

Refund:
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return, to the original payment method used.

Grounds for exclusion or termination
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts


- z for the delivery of goods,
that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g. personalized products);

- for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or illustrated magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts

- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess and correct the problem.
