The Provider sells textiles, accessories, and decorative items using a print-on-demand process.

§ 4 Prices and Payment Terms
The prices stated are final prices. The following payment methods are available: credit card, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

§ 5 Delivery Terms
Shipping costs range between €4.50 and €12.95 depending on the destination country. Delivery time is 3 to 7 business days unless otherwise stated.

§ 6 Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the Provider until full payment has been received.

§ 7 Warranty and Liability
The Provider offers no warranty and assumes no liability for defects or faults in the goods.

§ 8 Jurisdiction
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Germany.
